BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The founding members of the RhineBucks Corporation shall constitute the initial, interim Board of Trustees and act in that capacity until such time as the general membership reaches 25 persons/businesses. At that time the interim Board of Trustees shall call a meeting of the general membership and hold an election of the official Board of Trustees at that meeting. A call for nominations will be sent by e-mail to the membership and members will have 15 calendar days to nominate persons. At the end of 15 calendar days, a slate of nominees will be arrived at and sent by e-mail to the membership. Elections will then be held at the very next meeting of the general membership but not later than 15 calendar days after the slate of nominations has been distributed to the membership. The founding, volunteer members of the RhineBucks Corporation which shall make up the interim Board of Trustees are the following:

At its meeting on February 3rd, 2009 the following members were elected on an interim basis, to the following offices:
